Check caster wheels periodically for hair or product buildup, which can affect smooth rolling — clean with a small brush as needed. Lubricate the height-adjustment mechanism occasionally if movement becomes stiff.
Ships with the seat/backrest assembly, gas lift cylinder, and five-point caster base as separate components. Insert the gas lift cylinder into the caster base until it locks, then mount the seat assembly onto the cylinder by pressing down firmly until seated. Test the height adjustment lever and swivel motion before placing into service.
